We are a transport-neutral customs representative, and as a customs administrator with us, you will work closely with our customers. We offer a varied everyday life together with colleagues, customers, and authorities.

About the position

In the role of customs administrator, you will work both with the operational and strategic aspects of customs management.

The main tasks are

• Prepare and manage customs declarations
• Classification and origin management
• Maintain good communication with customers and authorities
• Advising – on customs regulations, fees, and procedures
• Keep up with legislative changes and stay updated on customs and trade laws, as well as implement these changes in work processes

Who are you?

We see that you have previous experience in a role as a customs administrator. As a person, you are humble about the responsibility and ensure high quality and accuracy in your work. We appreciate that you have a genuine interest in contributing your knowledge in both small and large matters.

Knowledge and qualifications

• Good knowledge of customs management
• Detail-oriented and attentive
• Analytical skills to assess risks and identify problems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, as all communication and documentation occurs in both languages
